Voice Consent Script — SMS opt-in

Last updated: August 4, 2026

This page documents how the Walli AI AI receptionist obtains consent to send text messages when a client calls a participating stylist or salon (a “Business”). It is published so carriers and messaging-campaign reviewers can verify our verbal opt-in flow. The full program terms are in our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

When consent is requested

Consent is requested at exactly two moments, always before any text is sent:

Script A — appointment confirmation and reminders

Would you like a text confirmation and appointment reminders at this number? Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Script B — booking link by text

I can text you a secure link to finish booking at this number. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Would you like that?

Consent rules

What we record

Each verbal opt-in (or decline) is stored as a consent record containing: the date and time, the caller’s phone number, whether consent was granted or declined, the exact wording that was read to the caller, and a reference to the call it occurred on.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at support@walliagent.ai or (727) 439-2033.
